At the heart of YES.WE.CAN is a simple conviction: every individual has the potential to rise. We empower learners to develop confidence, character, and purpose – transforming “I Can” (我能) into “We Can.”
Through Paying-It-Forward, mentorship, reflective practices, real-world challenges, and opportunities to serve, learners build resilience, leadership qualities, and a strong sense of identity.
We inspire them to make choices that matter, pursue goals with courage, and become changemakers in their schools, workplaces, and communities. Empowerment is more than an outcome—it is the movement we ignite with every “YES.”
Theme: “Children for Children – YES.WE.CAN In Action”
At Playland Fiesta 2025, YES.WE.CAN was proud to contribute as a community catalyst—bringing together education, technology, and collaboration to inspire families and young minds through the theme “Futuristic Singapore.”
Our carnival booth was designed as an immersive, hands-on experience where children and parents explored how robotics, AI, and smart technologies can shape a more inclusive, sustainable, and people-centric Singapore. Through interactive challenges and guided demonstrations, participants experienced futuristic concepts such as intelligent systems, automation, and digital problem-solving in a fun, accessible way.
What made our contribution truly distinctive was our commitment to co-opetition—the belief that collaboration and competition can coexist for the greater good. In the spirit of building a stronger ecosystem, YES.WE.CAN invited industry peers and even our competitors to come together as volunteers, jointly running the booth and engaging the public. This collective effort transformed the space into a shared platform for learning, mentorship, and inspiration, demonstrating that when organisations unite around a common purpose, the impact is multiplied.
By fostering collaboration across organisations, educators, and innovators, YES.WE.CAN showcased a future where progress is driven not by silos, but by shared vision and collective action. Playland Fiesta 2025 became more than a carnival—it was a living example of how Singapore’s future can be built together: open, innovative, and inclusive.

Theme: “Synergy in Service: Harnessing Strengths & Assets for a Thriving Community”
We were honoured to be part of the prestigious Raffles Girls’ School Annual Community & Makers’ Fair, where students, alumnae, and partners came together to create meaningful solutions for real-world challenges.
YES WE CAN showcased our Smart Home for the Elderly – an IoT innovation powered by Favoriot — designed to support independent living and enhance safety for our seniors. The project drew strong interest from students and educators alike, sparking conversations on how technology and empathy can work hand in hand to build a more inclusive society.
Through this showcase, we aimed to inspire young minds to engineer with purpose, combining STEM innovation with social good — a true reflection of our philosophy to Educate, Engineer, Engage, and Empower communities across generations.
A big thank you to Raffles Girls’ School for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful event, and to Favoriot for the technical support and use of their IoT platform and for all who stopped by our booth to explore how technology can improve lives.
